2. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting, authorizing, or using any services provided by Immigration Experts and Services Inc. (“Company”), the client (“You”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If You do not agree, You must not use our services.

You confirm that You are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into this agreement.


3. Scope of Services

Immigration Services

The Company provides non-attorney immigration services, including form preparation, document review, translations, and filing assistance.

⚠️ The Company is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice unless services are performed by a licensed attorney under a separate written agreement.

Tax Services

The Company provides tax preparation and related services, including but not limited to:

  • Individual tax returns (Form 1040)

  • Business tax returns (Forms 1120, 1120S, 1065)

  • ITIN applications

  • Tax consultations and amendments

All tax services are based solely on information provided by the Client.


4. IRS Circular 230 Disclosure

Any tax advice provided by Immigration Experts and Services Inc. is not intended or written to be used, and cannot be used, for the purpose of avoiding penalties under the Internal Revenue Code.
Tax results depend on individual circumstances and the accuracy of information provided by the Client.


5. No Guarantee Disclaimer

The Company does not guarantee:

  • Approval of any immigration application or petition

  • Issuance of visas, work permits, or green cards

  • Processing times or outcomes

  • Tax refunds or refund amounts

  • Acceptance of returns by the IRS or state authorities

All decisions are made by government agencies outside the Company’s control.


6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, and complete information

  • Review all documents before submission

  • Notify the Company immediately of errors or changes

  • Maintain copies of all submitted documents

You acknowledge that false or incomplete information may result in denials, audits, penalties, delays, or legal consequences, for which the Company is not responsible.


7. Fees, Payments, and Refund Policy

General Fees

  • Fees are disclosed before services begin

  • Government filing fees are separate and non-refundable

  • Fees cover professional time, preparation, and administrative costs

Refund Transfer / No Upfront Fee (Tax Services)

If You choose a Refund Transfer option:

  • No upfront payment is required

  • Fees will be deducted from the tax refund

  • If no refund is issued, You remain responsible for the service fee

Refund Policy

  • Immigration services: Non-refundable once work has started

  • Tax services: Non-refundable once a return is prepared or filed

  • Government fees are never refundable


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or $100, whichever is less

  • The Company is not liable for:

    • Government delays or denials

    • Penalties caused by client-provided information

    • Loss of refunds, income, or business

    • Indirect or consequential damages


9. Confidentiality and Privacy

Client information is kept confidential and used only for service purposes, legal compliance, or authorized filings.

10. Intellectual Property

All templates, forms, branding, and materials created by the Company remain its exclusive property and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.


11. Termination of Services

The Company may refuse or terminate services if:

  • False or fraudulent information is provided

  • Fees are not paid as agreed

  • The Client engages in abusive, unlawful, or unethical conduct

No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.


12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.


13. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
